Das T-Shirt ist ideal bei Verspannungen in den Schultern und bei großen Belastungen des Nackens und des Rückens. Für den bestmöglichen Effekt ist der direkte Hautkontakt wichtig. Bei Verspannungen im Rücken darf das Shirt nicht zu lose herabhängen. Im T-Shirt zu schlafen ist eine Alternative, um einen engen Kontakt mit der Haut herzustellen. Bei Verspannungen in den Schultern, kann das Shirt auch lose sitzen, da es immer Hautkontakt mit den Schultern hat.
Oft wählt man bei T-Shirts eine sehr bequeme Größe. Da der Welltex®-Stoff dicht am Körper anliegen soll, empfehlen wir jedoch eine Größe kleiner als normal wählen. Das Shirt hat einen Unisex-Schnitt und ist sowohl für Damen als auch Herren geeignet.
